Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends each fiscal period based on business performance. We determine dividend levels using two benchmarks: a dividend payout ratio of 60% or higher and a return on equity (ROE) of 8% or higher. We distribute dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We plan to use retained earnings for investments in online securities systems and working capital for margin trading operations.</p>
