<p>Our basic policy is to strengthen internal reserves while maintaining stable dividends. We target a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%. We will allocate retained earnings to strategic investments such as business process improvements and IT enhancements to strengthen our management foundation. For the time being, we will implement dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end.</p>
