Management Policy

J Trust aims to provide financial services that break free from conventional thinking, operating comprehensive financial services centered on banking and debt collection and recovery businesses. The company is pursuing a review of its revenue model and maximizing the value of its business portfolio to enhance shareholder value.

In its Japan Financial Business, J Trust is strengthening guarantees for apartment loans, securities-backed loans, and overseas real estate-backed loans to drive revenue growth. In particular, the company is promoting apartment loan growth through geographic expansion and increased handling of brokerage transactions. In debt collection operations, the company is pursuing stable business expansion backed by increased sales from online card and credit companies.

In securities operations, J Trust Global Securities is creating added value across three core areas—"overseas investment," "venture company support," and "wealth management"—with a target of 1 trillion yen in assets under management. The company is expanding its customer base through strengthened individual bond business and entrepreneur support initiatives.

In its Korea and Mongolia Financial Business, J Trust is securing revenue through savings bank operations. In response to economic uncertainty in Korea, the company is strengthening collection of short-term delinquent loans and strategically selling non-performing loans to reinforce its revenue base. Similar expansion efforts are underway in Mongolia.

In its Southeast Asia Financial Business, J Trust is expanding revenue primarily through banking operations in Indonesia and Cambodia. In Indonesia, the company is strengthening its revenue base through interest rate adjustments and increased loan balances. In Cambodia, the company is providing differentiated services to high-net-worth customers.

In its real estate business, J Grand is expanding investment properties for high-net-worth clients to grow business scale. Additionally, Globels, as a comprehensive real estate company, is focusing on business expansion and brand recognition improvement to secure stable revenue. In its investment business, J Trust is advancing debt collection from Group Lease PCL while controlling litigation costs and strengthening collection efforts to improve revenue. Through profit returns to shareholders and improved capital efficiency, J Trust is pursuing sustained enhancement of corporate value.
