<p>Our basic dividend policy is to combine a stable annual dividend of 50 yen per share with performance-linked dividends, targeting a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%. Dividends are paid twice yearly through interim and year-end distributions. We reinvest retained earnings in infrastructure development such as systems and channels, as well as in strategic business areas and human capital, to enhance corporate value.</p>
