<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>
<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">Our basic policy is to strengthen our corporate foundation while providing continuous returns to shareholders. We distribute dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the fiscal period as our standard practice. The decision-making body for dividend distribution is the shareholders' meeting.</p>
<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">Based on this policy, we have decided to pay a dividend of 15 yen per share for the current fiscal year.</p>
<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">We intend to use retained earnings to respond to anticipated changes in the business environment and to meet the needs of the times. These funds will be allocated to the development of products, business formats, and stores, as well as store renovations.</p>
<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with August 31 as the record date, subject to a resolution by the Board of Directors.</p>
