Dividend Policy
<p>Our dividend policy aims to provide stable and continuous dividends. We target a consolidated payout ratio of 40% or higher, and during the medium-term management plan period (fiscal years 2025-2026), we will implement progressive dividends with an annual dividend floor of 62 yen. Dividends will be paid twice annually (interim and year-end). Our basic policy is to allocate retained earnings to business investments for strengthening our business foundation and expanding our revenue scale.</p>
