Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to strengthen our corporate foundation by improving profitability and building up retained earnings, while maintaining stable dividends. We pay dividends twice a year as a general rule: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. Under our new medium-term management plan, we target a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 70%, and we will continue this policy for four fiscal years from the fiscal year ending March 2025 through the fiscal year ending March 2028.</p>
