Management Policy

Kyodo Printing's management philosophy is to contribute to society as a life, culture, and information industry, with printing as its core business. During the medium-term management plan from fiscal 2021 to 2024, the company aimed to continuously create new value through sincere communication and technological expertise. However, to respond to changing social conditions, the company restructured its philosophy framework in May 2025 and established a new management philosophy.

The new management philosophy is "Creating new value through creativity and passion, and realizing a shared future." Based on this, the company has formulated a long-term vision toward fiscal 2034: "NexTOMOWEL2034 – Let's challenge together, let's exceed together." To realize this vision, the company is developing a three-year medium-term management plan starting in fiscal 2025.

In its long-term strategy, the company will advance business portfolio transformation centered on information-related business and life/industrial materials business. In the information-related business, the company aims to shift from printing to information services and provide high-quality services. In the life/industrial materials business, the company will leverage material processing technology and strengthen expansion into growth markets domestically and internationally.

The investment plan totals 70 billion yen through fiscal 2034, comprising 40 billion yen for growth investment and 30 billion yen for investment in existing businesses to improve productivity. Through these investments, the company targets operating profit of 120 billion yen or more.

The medium-term management plan sets targets of operating profit of 45 billion yen or more and ROE of 8% or more by fiscal 2027. In the information-related business, the company will strengthen development of IP-leveraged content and information service functions to expand revenue. In the life/industrial materials business, the company will advance efficiency investments and price revisions to expand business scale.

Through these initiatives, Kyodo Printing aims to achieve sustainable growth, enhance corporate value, and provide stable shareholder returns.
