<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company positions returning profits to shareholders as a top management priority. We conduct aggressive capital investments to respond to rapid technological innovation in the printing industry, develop new products and technologies, and improve productivity to maintain and strengthen the Company's competitiveness. We are committed to distributing earnings backed by business performance.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the fiscal period, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body for dividend distributions.
However, pursuant to Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, the Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution with October 31 as the record date each year.
Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, after comprehensively considering business performance and management environment, we have decided not to pay dividends. However, we are focused on increasing retained earnings as a source for future dividends and aim to resume dividend payments.
The internal reserves retained during the current fiscal year will be invested effectively in printing equipment and related assets.

Our basic policy is to distribute profits backed by business performance, with dividends paid once annually at the fiscal year-end as a general rule. We plan to use retained earnings for investments in printing equipment and other capital assets.
