Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable dividends for shareholders, with dividend payments made twice annually. We target a consolidated payout ratio of 40% or higher, with an annual dividend floor of 28 yen, and aim to increase dividend levels in line with consolidated earnings performance. Until we achieve ROE exceeding 10%, we will maintain a consolidated payout ratio of 50% or higher as our baseline. Retained earnings will be allocated to investments in store relocations and renovations, as well as system upgrades.</p>
