<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our group is currently in the stage of making advance investments in products and services using cybernics technology centered on HAL®, and we must continue our research and development activities. Additionally, to strengthen our financial position and expand our business, we are committed to building up retained earnings for the time being. However, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority, and we intend to consider dividend payments in the future while taking into account our operating results and financial condition.
We have also stipulated in our articles of incorporation that interim dividends as provided for in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid.
The decision-making bodies for these dividends are the board of directors for interim dividends and the general shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends.

The company is in a phase of advance investment in research and development. Our policy is to prioritize building financial strength and expanding our business by retaining earnings internally for the time being. In the future, we will consider profit dividends while taking into account our operating results and financial condition. Our articles of incorporation provide for the ability to implement interim dividends.
