<p>We base our dividend policy on business performance while prioritizing stable and continuous dividend payments. We determine dividend amounts by also considering the need to strengthen our financial position and build internal reserves for future business expansion. Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. We plan to allocate retained earnings primarily toward funding new store openings and equipment investments such as renovations of existing stores.</p>
