<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our company group's basic policy is to strengthen our corporate foundation and build internal reserves for future business development, while also working to return profits to shareholders based on business performance.
Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.
The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors.
For the year-end dividend this fiscal year, based on our business performance, we have set the dividend at 30 yen per share (60 yen for the full year), consisting of 18 yen in regular dividend plus 12 yen in special dividend.
The dividend payout ratio is 25.6%.
We will use retained earnings for investments to enhance future corporate value, such as developing new products and exploring new business opportunities, while strengthening our management foundation.
Our articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may pay an interim dividend with September 30 as the record date each year.
The dividends for this fiscal year are as follows:

Our basic policy is to strengthen our corporate foundation and enhance internal reserves for future business development, while also working to return profits to shareholders in line with our business performance. We plan to distribute dividends twice a year through interim and year-end dividends. The internal reserves we retain will be used for investments that increase our future corporate value, such as new product development and new business ventures.
