<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company's basic policy is to provide shareholders with appropriate and stable dividend payments. We will work to return profits in a timely manner while taking into account business performance trends and future investment plans.Additionally, our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per fiscal year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors.For the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, the year-end dividend is 35 yen per share and the interim dividend is 35 yen per share, totaling 70 yen per share annually. The consolidated dividend payout ratio for the current period is 37.3%.Retained earnings will be used effectively for future business activities and strengthening our management foundation.The dividend details for the current fiscal year are as follows.
