<p>We position returning profits to shareholders as an important policy. Our basic approach is to provide stable and continuous dividends while comprehensively considering each fiscal year's earnings, dividend payout ratio, and retained earnings. We distribute dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividends. We plan to allocate retained earnings as reserves for future business development.</p>
