<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our Group regards appropriate profit returns to shareholders alongside strengthening our financial position and securing competitiveness as important management priorities.
Currently, while considering the balance with retained earnings, we believe that allocating funds to investments necessary for business expansion and operational efficiency delivers the maximum profit returns to shareholders. As our business expansion enables us to generate cash flow, we plan to consider future profit returns to shareholders by balancing optimal investment levels with improved capital efficiency.
At this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing thereof remain undetermined.
When our Group distributes surplus earnings, our Articles of Incorporation establish that year-end dividends shall be the basic practice. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be implemented by board resolution with September 30 as the record date each year, pursuant to Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act. The dividend decision-making body of our Group is the shareholders' meeting or the board of directors. Matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, including surplus earnings distributions, may be decided by board resolution unless otherwise provided by law, as stipulated in our Articles of Incorporation.

We view appropriate profit returns to shareholders and strengthening our financial position and competitive capabilities as important priorities. Our basic policy is to allocate retained earnings to investments in business expansion and operational efficiency. In the future, we will consider shareholder returns that balance investment needs with improved capital efficiency. When we implement dividends, we will make annual dividend payments at the fiscal year-end as our standard practice.
