<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company has not paid dividends since its establishment; however, we recognize returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. The Company is currently in a growth phase, and we believe that prioritizing investment in expanding our business scale and strengthening profitability while maintaining internal reserves will lead to maximizing corporate value and enabling continuous profit returns in the future.
Our basic policy is to implement dividend distributions of surplus earnings in the future while balancing the need to maintain internal reserves. However, for the time being, we prioritize internal reserves and will focus on further strengthening our business.
The timing of dividend implementation has not been determined.
When dividend distributions are implemented, our basic policy is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end. The decision-making authority for dividends rests with the shareholders' meeting. The Company's articles of incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may authorize dividend distributions of surplus earnings pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act.

Our basic dividend policy balances surplus distribution with the maintenance of retained earnings. However, as we are currently in a growth phase, we prioritize internal reserves in the near term to strengthen our business. When we do distribute dividends, we plan to do so once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The timing of dividend payments has not yet been determined.
