<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our Group recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends while securing the internal reserves necessary for future business expansion and strengthening our financial position. However, our internal reserves are not yet sufficiently built up. Since our establishment as a pure holding company in February 2017, we have not paid any dividends. Going forward, we aim to return profits to shareholders while taking into account the status of our internal reserves and the surrounding business environment. At present, however, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.
Regarding dividend distributions from our surplus, our Articles of Incorporation provide that "pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, dividend distributions and other distributions of surplus may be executed by Board of Directors resolution, except where otherwise provided by law."
Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that "interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be implemented."
Our internal reserves will be used as a financial source to strengthen our management foundation and realize business expansion in response to anticipated changes in the operating environment.

We view returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous dividends while maintaining adequate retained earnings. However, we are not currently paying dividends due to insufficient retained earnings. We are using retained earnings as a source of funding to strengthen our management foundation and expand our business. Our articles of incorporation include provisions that allow for interim dividends.
