<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of our top management priorities. Regarding dividend distributions, we aim to make decisions from a long-term perspective, balancing investments in product development, equipment for productivity improvements, growth areas, and strengthening our financial foundation, while taking into account the performance and financial condition of our company and group.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our company bylaws allow the Board of Directors to decide on dividends without requiring a shareholder resolution, enabling us to make dividend decisions flexibly as circumstances warrant.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Regarding dividend distributions for the current fiscal year, after considering our performance and financial condition, we regret to inform you that we have decided not to pay a dividend this period.</p>

<p>We position returning profits to shareholders as one of our top management priorities and maintain a policy of paying dividends that take into account our business performance and financial condition. We use retained earnings for product development, capital investment to improve productivity and investment in growth areas, as well as to strengthen our financial foundation. Our articles of incorporation allow the board of directors to decide on dividends by resolution, enabling us to implement dividends flexibly.</p>
