<p>As a company in its growth phase, we prioritize building up retained earnings. We currently do not pay dividends, but we are considering implementing dividends in the future while balancing retained earnings with efforts to strengthen profitability and develop our business foundation. When we do pay dividends, we plan to make year-end dividends our standard practice. We intend to use retained earnings as funds to strengthen our financial position and maintain and enhance our competitive advantage.</p>
