<p>Our basic policy is to implement continuous and stable dividends, with a target consolidated payout ratio of 50%. Dividends are paid twice annually as a basic policy: interim dividends and year-end dividends. We retain earnings to prepare for future capital needs, primarily for strategic investments and business expansion necessary for our ongoing operations.</p>
