Business Overview

INCLUSIVE operates four business segments. First, the "Media & Content Business" handles digital media planning and operational support, newsletter services, and golf tech services. This segment generates revenue through user acquisition and advertising revenue on the internet, as well as content sales to individual users.

Second, the "Planning & Production Business" provides consulting, branding support, advertising management, promotion planning, and regional revitalization services. INCLUSIVE offers one-stop support covering business strategy consulting, creative services, PR, and overall communications, while also providing SNS management support.

The "Food-Related Business" is built on the Shimogamo Saryo brand, founded in 1856, and provides food-related services through restaurants, department stores, and e-commerce operations. The company strengthens domestic and international business expansion through brand value building and extended experience offerings.

Finally, the "Other Business" segment develops new businesses including space-related ventures. LAND INSIGHT Corporation provides DX services for local governments utilizing satellite data and builds cooperative frameworks with municipalities. Through this, the company is advancing the commercialization of administrative efficiency and labor-saving services.

Management Policy

As a growth strategy, INCLUSIVE is transitioning to a holding company structure. Starting October 1, 2025, each business subsidiary will make faster and more flexible management decisions while advancing a shift toward regional revitalization initiatives. This aims to develop regional tourism resources and promote digital transformation of regional legacy industries, thereby enhancing corporate value.

The company operates across four business segments: Media & Content, Planning & Production, Food-Related, and Space-Related businesses. In the Media & Content segment, the company is focusing on digital marketing DX support and upselling advertising-related services, with monetization support and business consulting as priority areas.

The Planning & Production segment focuses on regional revitalization initiatives leveraging local resources. In response to the Japanese government's "Tourism-Oriented Country Promotion Plan," the company is revitalizing tourism and regional industries through tourism hub rebranding and support for locally-based tech ventures.

The Food-Related segment builds on the Shimogamo Saryo brand, advancing new product development anticipating inbound demand and providing high-value-added services. The company is also considering overseas expansion of its e-commerce business to strengthen brand equity.

The Space-Related segment, led by LAND INSIGHT Inc., focuses on developing new services utilizing satellite data. The company aims to apply this technology across diverse fields including agriculture and disaster prevention, establishing a technology foundation that contributes to solving regional challenges.
