<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
We consider profit distribution to shareholders as one of our most important management priorities. Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends on a continuous basis while securing the internal reserves necessary to strengthen our financial position and support future business development.
However, as our company continues to be in a growth phase, we prioritize growth investments such as M&A and capital alliances, investments in human resources, and strategic marketing investments that drive sales growth. Going forward, we will implement stable dividends while comprehensively considering business performance and growth investments.
We will effectively utilize retained earnings as funds to strengthen our financial position, pursue M&A and capital alliances, and enhance recruitment of talented personnel necessary for future business development.
The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may resolve to pay interim dividends with June 30 as the record date each year.
However, regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, in light of business performance and other factors, we regret to inform you that no dividend will be paid.
