<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company's basic policy is to return profits to shareholders by taking into account its financial condition and operating results.
However, the Company is in a growth phase and prioritizes internal reserves necessary for business expansion and strengthening its financial foundation to achieve management targets. Accordingly, the Company has not paid dividends to date. The Company maintains this same policy for the current fiscal year and therefore has not paid dividends.
That said, returning profits to shareholders is recognized as an important management priority. While the timing and feasibility of dividend payments remain undetermined at this time, the Company will consider implementing dividends at an early stage, taking into account its financial condition and operating results.
When the Company pays dividends from retained earnings, it will be based on year-end dividends paid once annually, as determined by Board of Directors resolution as stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation. The Company's Articles of Incorporation also provide that interim dividends may be paid by Board of Directors resolution.
The Company intends to use retained earnings effectively to enhance cost competitiveness and strengthen service offerings that meet market needs in response to anticipated changes in the business environment.

Our basic dividend policy is to distribute profits to shareholders while taking into account our financial condition and business performance. However, as we are in the midst of business expansion, we prioritize internal reserves necessary for achieving our management plans and strengthening our financial foundation. We currently do not pay dividends. When we do implement dividends in the future, we plan to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end as a general rule. We intend to use internal reserves to strengthen our service capabilities in response to market needs.
