<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;padding-left:13.5pt;">Our basic policy is to strengthen our financial position while continuing to pay stable dividends.<br/>
　Our dividend distribution is based on two payments per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, and the year-end dividend is decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders.<br/>
　However, regarding the current period's dividend, we are unable to pay dividends as we are currently carrying accumulated losses. From the next fiscal period onward, we will make every effort to establish profitable operations, eliminate accumulated losses, and resume dividend payments.<br/>
　Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide for the possibility of paying interim dividends.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>

<p>Our basic policy is to strengthen our financial foundation while continuing to provide stable dividends to shareholders. We distribute dividends twice a year as a general rule: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</p>
