<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company's basic management policy is to enhance profit returns to shareholders.
Regarding profit distribution, the Company will implement stable dividends while taking business performance into consideration, and will maintain sufficient retained earnings to strengthen its financial foundation in preparation for future business development and changes in the operating environment.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.
While the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that decisions regarding dividend payments may be made by Board of Directors resolution, the year-end dividend will in principle be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval, while the interim dividend will be decided by Board of Directors resolution.
Regarding dividend payments for the current fiscal year, retained earnings available as a dividend source have become negative, and regrettably, no dividend can be paid. For the next dividend, the Company will make every effort to restore profitability to resume dividends at an early date; however, no dividend is expected to be paid until sufficient distributable earnings can be secured.

We are committed to returning profits to shareholders as a fundamental management principle. We implement stable dividends while taking business performance into consideration. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice a year—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend—while maintaining sufficient retained earnings necessary for future business development and strengthening our management foundation.
