<p>We aim for a dividend payout ratio of 50% or higher. During the Medium-Term Management Plan through 2028, we will implement progressive dividends with a basic policy of maintaining or increasing dividends compared to the previous year level. While our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year, we determine the actual number of dividend payments by comprehensively considering the financial condition of each fiscal year and the necessity of retained earnings.</p>
