However, for the current fiscal year ending March 2025, we have recorded a net loss attributable to parent company shareholders, and retained earnings available for dividends have also turned negative. Given the need to secure working capital, we regret to announce that we will pay no dividend, as previously disclosed. Additionally, Class E preferred shares will also receive no dividend.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">For the fiscal year ending March 2026, we will continue our efforts to improve business performance and financial condition. However, the number of annual dividend payments has not been determined. The decision-making authority for dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the Board of Directors for interim dividends.</p>

<p>While we recognize returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority, improving business performance and financial condition takes precedence. Given the need to secure working capital, we plan to continue paying no dividends for the time being. The number of annual dividend payments has not been decided, but our articles of incorporation allow for interim dividends.</p>
