<p>We position returning profits to shareholders as an important policy. Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable dividends with a target consolidated payout ratio of 35%, while aiming for an annual base dividend of 50 yen per share. We distribute dividends twice yearly as a standard practice: an interim dividend decided by the Board of Directors and a year-end dividend decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders.</p>
