Our basic policy is to pay dividends while securing retained earnings necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial foundation.Based on this approach, we have not paid dividends since our establishment in order to build up retained earnings. We will use retained earnings effectively as funds to strengthen our financial position for long-term business stability and to realize continuous expansion and development of our operations.While our articles of incorporation permit interim dividends, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year as a year-end dividend. The decision-making authority for dividends rests with the shareholders' meeting.Going forward, based on our medium- to long-term business plans, we will decide on dividends with consideration for stable growth of both retained earnings and dividend payments, while taking into account our financial condition, profit levels, dividend payout ratio, and other factors necessary for capital investments essential to maintaining market competitiveness and improving profitability.
