Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to secure a stable long-term management foundation and build internal reserves for business expansion, while returning profits to shareholders based on business performance. We implement dividends twice annually. We target a dividend payout ratio of approximately 40% of profit from our core businesses, and plan to introduce Dividend on Equity (DOE) of approximately 3% as a performance indicator by the February 2028 fiscal year-end. We will also continue to consider opportunistic share buybacks to improve capital efficiency.</p>
