Dividend Policy
<p>We aim to balance growth investments with shareholder returns. Our basic policy is to achieve stable and sustainable increases in dividend per share, targeting a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 25%. We plan to pay dividends twice per year. Retained earnings will be used for business development, capital investments such as equipment for store network expansion including record books, and other strategic reserves.</p>
