Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to secure funds for maintaining our business foundation and achieving sustainable growth, while returning profits to shareholders through comprehensive dividends that take into account business performance, financial condition, and retained earnings. From July 2024 through July 2027, we will implement stable dividends targeting a dividend payout ratio of 50%, along with flexible share buybacks. Surplus dividends are paid once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend.</p>
