Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to implement stable dividends with a consolidated payout ratio of approximately 40%, while promoting shareholder returns with a total payout ratio of approximately 50% over the medium term. From the fiscal year ending March 2025 onwards, we plan to pay dividends twice annually as our standard practice: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</p>
