<p>Our basic policy is to return profits to shareholders while comprehensively considering business growth, future business expansion, and investments in business development and environmental conservation. We target a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 50% and will flexibly implement share buybacks and other measures in response to business performance, while maintaining stability and continuity. We aim to pay dividends twice annually.</p>
