<p>Based on a comprehensive assessment of business performance and other factors, our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends on a consistent basis. We implement dividends twice annually (interim and year-end). Under our medium-term management plan, we target a total payout ratio of 50% or more, with a dividend on equity (DOE) of 2.5% set as a minimum guideline. Retained earnings are allocated to improving profitability, strengthening our operational foundation, building production capacity, and developing new products. We also consider opportunistic share buybacks.</p>
