Business Overview

Amano operates two main business segments: Time Information Systems and Environmental-Related Systems. The Time Information Systems segment provides information system equipment centered on employment information systems and payroll calculation systems, time management equipment centered on time recorders, and parking system equipment.

Amano manufactures and sells these products domestically and internationally. Amano Business Solutions Co., Ltd. and Amano Secure Japan Co., Ltd. provide information processing services and information provision services. In the United States, Amano Cincinnati Inc. handles manufacturing and sales, while Amano McGann Inc. and AccuTime Systems Inc. manage sales operations.

In Europe, Amano Europe N.V. handles sales, and Horoquartz S.A. provides software development and consulting services. In Asia, Amano Time & Air Singapore PTE.LTD. manages sales, while Amano Korea Corp. and Amano Malaysia SDN.BHD. handle parking system equipment sales and parking facility operations.

The Environmental-Related Systems segment provides dust collection equipment, powder and granule pneumatic conveying systems, high-temperature harmful gas removal systems, deodorization systems, cleaning equipment, and electrolyzed water generation devices. Amano manufactures and sells these products domestically and internationally, with Amano Musashi Denki Co., Ltd. handling cleaning equipment manufacturing and sales.

In the United States, Amano Pioneer Eclipse Corp. manufactures and sells cleaning equipment and chemical products, while Amano Time & Ecology Mexico S.A. de C.V. handles dust collection equipment and engineering services. In Asia, Amano International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Amano Thai International Co., Ltd. manage sales and engineering operations.

Amano Management Service Co., Ltd. provides parking facility operations and management and cleaning services. Amano Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd. handles product sales, maintenance, and engineering services. Additionally, Amano Agency Co., Ltd. provides employee benefits services and insurance agency services.

Management Policy

Amano's management philosophy is to create new value in the fields of "people and time" and "people and air," contributing to the realization of a safe, comfortable, and healthy society. Under this philosophy, the company is strengthening its governance structure and pursuing sustainable growth through expansion of existing businesses and creation of new businesses and markets.

Amano has formulated its "9th Medium-Term Management Plan" covering the three-year period from April 2023 to March 2026. The plan adopts "4th Stage toward a 100-year company – Initiatives for a paradigm shift leading to sustainable management" as its management concept, pursuing sustainable growth.

Amano positions three pillars as growth drivers: the software and cloud business for information systems, the parking system business centered on data centers offering system proposals and operation outsourcing, and the robot plus cloud business for clean systems. Through these initiatives, the company targets net sales of 180 billion yen and operating profit of 24.5 billion yen for the fiscal year ending March 2026.

The company is advancing strategic investments in DX promotion, IoT, and AI, and expanding the functionality of standard products to improve customer convenience and strengthen competitive advantage. It is also addressing social issues including management infrastructure development, maximization of human capital value, and reduction of environmental impact.

Amano positions its domestic and international parking lot operation and management business as a growth driver, further driving overall group performance. In North America, the company plans to improve profitability through new product effects and rigorous management of project revenues.
