<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>

The Company has determined its standard dividend amount based on dividend on equity (DOE), while maintaining sufficient shareholder capital to promptly and reliably capture expanding business opportunities. The Company has gradually improved this ratio year by year.

<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">To more clearly demonstrate our commitment to strengthening profit returns to shareholders and to further enhance profit returns, the Company has set numerical targets for "consolidated dividend on equity (DOE)" for the three-year period from the fiscal year ending March 2025 through the fiscal year ending March 2027.

Retained earnings will continue to be invested effectively in business fields with strong profitability and growth prospects, including infrastructure development and expansion, to increase shareholder value.

However, the Articles of Incorporation provide that "interim dividends may be paid with a record date of September 30 each year by board of directors resolution."

The decision-making bodies for these dividend payments are the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends.

Regarding the year-end dividend for the current fiscal period, taking into account profit levels and the operating environment, the Company plans to propose at the ordinary shareholders' meeting to be held on June 26, 2025, a dividend of 74 yen per share. The Company implemented a stock split at a ratio of 2 shares for each ordinary share, effective January 1, 2025. Without considering the stock split, the dividend per share for the fiscal year ending March 2025 is 148 yen, an increase of 43 yen from the prior fiscal year's 105 yen per share.

We have adopted a dividend policy based on DOE, with numerical targets set for the consolidated payout ratio to shareholders for the fiscal years ending March 2025 through March 2027. While we primarily pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end, we also have the flexibility to pay interim dividends. We plan to use retained earnings for investments in business areas with strong profitability and growth potential.
