<p>Our basic policy is to maintain a stable ordinary dividend of 12 yen per share on a continuous basis, while targeting a dividend payout ratio of 35% based on business performance. We have provisions in our articles of incorporation that establish year-end dividends from retained earnings as the standard practice, while also allowing for interim dividends. Retained earnings will be utilized for strategic investments to prepare for future business expansion and strengthen our financial position.</p>
