Dividend Policy
<p>Starting from the fiscal year ending March 2026, we will implement progressive dividend increases with a target shareholder return on equity (ROE) of 7.0–7.5% and set an annual minimum dividend of 83 yen per share. We will maintain a basic policy of two dividend payments per year, while actively reinvesting retained earnings in human resource development, research and development, production capacity expansion, and M&A activities.</p>
