Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to appropriately allocate corporate earnings based on overall group performance, while balancing strategic growth investments, financial soundness, shareholder returns, and stable dividends. Under our new medium-term management plan starting in fiscal 2025, we will implement stable dividends targeting a DOE of 3.5% and conduct flexible share buybacks as our policy, with dividends paid twice per year.</p>
