<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable dividends, with distributions typically made twice annually—interim and year-end dividends. For fiscal years 2024 through 2027, we target shareholder returns based on whichever is higher: a Dividend on Equity (DOE) of 3.5% or a dividend payout ratio of 60%. Retained earnings are allocated as foundational capital for new technology development and business expansion. Share buybacks will be implemented based on our financial condition and stock price levels.</p>
