<p>We position returning profits to shareholders as a key management priority. While maintaining a balance between growth investments and strengthening financial soundness, we pursue a policy of continuously returning profits in accordance with business performance, targeting approximately 10–20% of net income attributable to parent company shareholders, excluding one-time gains and losses. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend. Retained earnings are allocated to securing and developing talent, strengthening products, and working capital.</p>
