<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position, while distributing profits in accordance with business performance results. We also conduct year-end dividend distributions once annually.
The decision-making body for dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends. Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid as of August 31 each year by board of directors resolution.
However, in light of the current period's results, we regret to inform you that we have decided to forgo dividend payments this period, continuing from the previous period.
Going forward, while securing internal reserves and taking profit levels into consideration, we intend to make efforts toward returning profits to shareholders.

We distribute profits based on business performance, with our basic policy being to pay a year-end dividend once annually from retained earnings. After securing internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position, we aim to return profits to shareholders while taking into account our profit levels.
