<p>Our basic dividend policy is to distribute profits in line with consolidated earnings while maintaining stable, consistent dividends. We pay dividends twice per year. We target a dividend payout ratio of 40%, with an annual dividend floor of 6 yen per share. During our medium-term management plan period, we aim for a dividend payout ratio of 50% or higher and a total shareholder return ratio of 120% or more on a three-year average basis.</p>
