Dividend Policy
<p>The Company regards shareholder returns as a key priority. The basic policy is to determine annual dividend payments based on a consolidated dividend payout ratio of approximately 50% and a dividend on equity (DOE) of approximately 3–4%. Dividends are paid twice annually as a standard practice. The Company will continue to implement share buybacks in a continuous and phased manner using surplus funds, taking into consideration cash flow conditions and investment plans.</p>
