<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends by comprehensively considering business performance, dividend payout ratios, and other factors, while giving careful attention to internal reserves needed for future business development and strengthening our management foundation. The annual general meeting of shareholders decides year-end dividends, while the board of directors decides interim dividends.
However, as we are in a growth phase, we have not paid dividends since our establishment in order to build up internal reserves for future business development and strengthening our management foundation. We are not paying dividends for the current fiscal year.
Future dividend payments will be decided based on our business performance and financial condition.
We intend to use retained earnings effectively as funds for strengthening our financial position toward long-term stability of our management foundation and for realizing continuous expansion and development of our business.
While our articles of incorporation allow for interim dividends, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year as year-end dividends.
