<p>Our basic policy is to implement stable dividends on a continuous basis, taking into account our business performance and the adequacy of retained earnings. We pay dividends twice a year—at the interim and fiscal year-end periods. In our medium-term management plan, we have set a target of "stable and continuous dividends with a minimum of 25 yen per share" as part of our commitment to enhanced shareholder returns.</p>
