<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain sound financial health while providing appropriate profit returns based on consolidated earnings, with a target dividend payout ratio of 35% or higher. We will pay dividends twice annually as our standard practice, and will introduce a new 1.5% Dividend on Equity (DOE) from the next fiscal year to ensure stable dividends.</p>
