<p>Taking into account our consolidated financial performance and financial position comprehensively, our basic dividend policy is to target a consolidated dividend payout ratio of approximately 50%. We will distribute dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividends. Retained earnings will be allocated to capital expenditures and research and development activities necessary for future growth strategies, as well as funding for new business initiatives and other activities that enhance corporate value.</p>
